Would You Goon? is an independent satirical opinion and entertainment project. Ratings represent anonymous user opinions and are not factual claims. No person, company, artist, performer, franchise, product, or other subject featured on this site sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Would You Goon? unless expressly stated.

Would You Goon? does not host explicit sexual imagery and does not permit minors as subjects of person-based ratings. Politicians, political candidates, office holders, parties and campaigns are excluded from the rating system entirely.

Scores displayed on this site are aggregated opinions submitted anonymously by members of the public. They are not measurements of any real property of any subject, and they are not statements of fact. Nothing published here should be understood as a factual claim about any person, company, product or work.

No person, company, artist, performer, franchise, product or other subject featured on this site sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Would You Goon? unless expressly stated. Names and marks referred to remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary.

You agree not to:

• submit assessments by automated means;
• attempt to manipulate any score, ranking, trend or index;
• circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, rate limiting, session handling or any other integrity measure;
• interfere with the operation or availability of the service.

Assessments identified as automated or manipulative may be rejected or removed from aggregates without notice.

Site design, original text, branding and the compiled research dataset belong to the operator of Would You Goon?. Third-party images and marks remain with their owners and are used under licence, permission or applicable exception, with attribution displayed where required.

Rights concerns are handled through the rights and content requests channel.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on anything published here.

The service may be modified, interrupted, restricted or withdrawn at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. Subjects may be added, unpublished or removed at the operator's discretion, including in response to a rights request. These terms may be updated; the version published here is the version in force.
